Had a great time staying with friends at a lovely hotel! We enjoyed delicious food at TEN and explored the nearby historic district. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special. Don't miss the $5 martinis on Thursdays!
One minor drawback was the lack of parking options, which made arriving a bit tricky.

Our stay was centered around exploring the local sights, and we had a great time! The comfortable beds and the overall vibe of the place made it enjoyable. However, we did notice that the shower pressure wasn’t ideal, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the location made it easy to visit local shops and a nearby brewery.

Had a lovely time at this charming historic spot! My room was cozy, with modern touches and a comfy bed. The location is fabulous, just a hop from plenty of eateries and shops.
However, the shower was a bit of a dribble-fest, and the air conditioner kept me up like a needy cat. Talk about a sleep challenge!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The room we stayed in was spacious and stylish, perfect for our family. We loved exploring downtown Lawrence. everything was just a short walk away, making it so convenient with our child.
My kids wished there were more activities for them in the hotel.

missingWrote a review on May 06historic charmspacious roomscentral locationoutdated decor
The location's prime position on Mass Street opens the door to countless shops and dining options within walking distance, making it easy to explore the local scene. The spacious rooms carry a certain historic charm, complete with large TVs and dual sinks that make getting ready a breeze.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for renovations, which left a significant gap in available dining options. Upon check-in, some rooms weren't ready, which could throw off plans for those arriving early. Notably outdated decor detracts from the otherwise spacious rooms, giving a feel that could use a refresh. Slightly disappointing, the absence of safes in the rooms raises concerns for travelers with valuables. The communication regarding deliveries was muddled, leading to confusion about where packages were placed, and there were several mentions of cleanliness issues with noticeable dust. Overall, these drawbacks could affect the experience for guests looking for more modern accommodations.
